Return and Refund Policy
- There are no returns or refunds on personalized/customized items.
- 30 day returns available on pre-made items for manufacturer defects only.
- Replacement/Additional lids are available for a small fee, unless cracked upon arrival. Please notify me within 24 hours of receiving item and email pictures to me at orders@creationsfromthehart.com
Terms of Service
- Customization will be completed as requested within 3-5 business days unless notified otherwise. (i.e. delay in raw materials etc)
- Pre-Made items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
- During Holiday times, delays may be extended due to the hand made nature of our products.
- We do our best to provide top quality products! If you have any issues at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at orders@creationsfromthehart.com
